You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. phdream link will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

  • Do not share your password with any third party.
  • Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

phdream link reserves the right to require identity verification before processing withdrawals or to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using phdream link, you agree not to engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or that disrupts the proper functioning of the platform. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

  • Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for regular gameplay.
  • Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform infrastructure.
  • Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of fraud, including bonus abuse or chargebacks.

Any violation of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

5. Payments and Transactions in Philippine Peso

All financial transactions on phdream link are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods available within your account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

  • Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
  • Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and processing times that may vary based on your account standing and payment method.
  • phdream link does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name.
  • Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply and are displayed within the payment section of your account.
  • phdream link reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity or source-of-funds verification.

6. Limitation of Liability

phdream link provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phdream link makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

phdream link shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of funds arising from unauthorized account access due to failure by the user to secure their credentials.
  • Interruptions or delays in platform availability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
  • Losses resulting from participation in games, which are inherently games of chance with no guaranteed outcome.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

phdream link reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

  • A user has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity is suspected or confirmed.
  • Verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.
  • The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the platform's dormancy policy.
  • Required by applicable law or a regulatory directive.

In the event of account closure due to a breach, phdream link reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Users who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact support through the channels available after logging in.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phdream link platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface design, and software, is the property of phdream link or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission. Unauthorized use of platform content may result in legal action.
